Naturally, all doctoral researchers are educated on the scientific background and technical skills in the individual groups. The iRTG arrange a concomitant additional training with series of lectures, seminars, and workshops that will broaden the knowledge and scientific horizon of all doctoral researchers. As a second measure, the iRTG provide an active exchange program for doctoral researchers between different research projects. It fosters scientific exchange and interaction between projects, but also leads to training and understanding of complementary experimental and theoretical techniques. Our program includes the following activities:
